Think I just stink at spin

I’ve almost taken 150 classes (super proud of myself for continuing despite being 38 and feeling like the oldest person in the room 😂). I still have trouble with fast runs and jogs out of the saddle. I find I have more much power seated (I can go fast. Probably too fast. I’ve made the bike shake). I’ve tried upping resistance but then I find I still either can’t go as fast as others or stay on beat. I don’t have any kind of tech that tracks my rpms so I technically don’t know how fast I’ve been going. So I just stay seated and pedal my little heart out.

And my “dance” moves make me look like a flailing baby giraffe. I get super off beat (I’m up when everyone else is down; I’ve considered that I’m “up” too high and so it takes me too long to do the crunch) and then I end up not doing them because I’m embarrassed. I tried to do a push up in position 2 and actually ended up elbowing the person next to me. Never did that again. I felt horrible. Haven’t mastered tap backs either. I can tell I use my arms too much to “pull” myself forward instead of core strength sliding back and forth. Feels like I haven’t mastered anything!

Do I just stink at spin? I love it as a form of exercise but I’m usually so self conscious

Edit: thanks to everyone for the tips, tricks, and advice! I really appreciate it

I know nothing about these bags except my grandma used to own them (unfortunately she has since passed and her collection unwillingly went to another distant family member) and that I think they’re absolutely beautiful. I know these are very sought after (the real ones) but are there ways to understand authenticity? I’ve read the weave must be a certain way and the top must fit evenly. I found one online and I weirdly keep looking at the top for why it looks a little off to my untrained eye. How does this one look otherwise?
