I am looking for a franchise option in CultFit and the expected investment is around ₹3 crore.

Wanted to understand from people who are already in the franchise/fitness business — is it actually a good and profitable option in the long run? How realistic is the ROI and what are the major risks or hidden challenges involved?

Would appreciate honest advice before making such a big investment.

Anyone has experience in opening an Amul Ice cream Franchise? How has it been going? I am planning to open one and in search of a space in Bangalore.
