Wtf is this thing (Mad River, Humboldt County, Ca.)
Found this thing slightly underwater on the Mad River while rock hounding.
The shape is symmetrical enough to make natural erosion unlikely as the sole reason for the morphology, but irregular enough to not be up to modern manufacture standards, so if it IS modern, its been in the River for a long time.
Wondering what y'all think.
