Had a nasty infection on the first week that was pretty much cleared by the end of the second week (shown in the photo).

Now on the 3,5 months mark and I have this bare spot in the area, is that scarred or just delayed? Did anyone have anything similar? Any hope that it will improve?

All pictures were taken with flash so the contrasts are a bit harsher than in reality.
