Hungry mouse / tent inner repair recommendations

Howdy guys, I recently completed the south coast track in Tasmania and had a hungry critter (mouse) eat through my tent inner and about 2-3 canvas bags to get to his dinner while I was sleeping. This was a 5 night hike and the maiden voyage for my X-dome 2, which I loved. Just wondering if anyone has any advice on a decent repair-patch product or strategy?
