Hi all I bought this PC last year and I had to send it back a couple of months ago as the fans would flash and then turn off they said it was because of a damaged case and Gamemax controller so they replaced the case rebuilt pc with the same parts and sent it back to me so I got the Pc back and it was fine for a few months I turned it back on today and it’s flashing lights and making buzzing sound any clue what this might be?

Also know my PC shouldn’t be on carpet but I got no other place to put it.

Any help would be really appreciated spent a lot of money
