I have toon boom essentials and idk if this isnt included but evey tutorial includes it and i cant find it anywhere

I have toon boom essentials 25 and im trying to follow a youtube video but i cant find this menu anywhere idk if its just not inlcuded in essentials but nothing happens when i restore to default
