Glam Pros I need your help

I need help trying to recreate this look as best as possible. This is Volke, a character from War of the Visions Final Fantasy BE.

I'm not really good with glams so the only gear piece that came to mind for this was the striking top of the Neo Kingdom set but there are probably better options idk, as for the other parts I'm not sure so any help would be appreciated.
