I see plenty of posts highlighting all of the “Tropes” or “Cliches” or “Jumpscare” techniques that everybody hates with a burning passion. But I am somebody who isn’t fit to critically evaluate anything. I just love horror in all ways shape or form.

So my question to all of you horror nuts out there with me, What are your FAVOURITE cliche Horror tropes? Things that you can read like a book but somehow EVERYTIME (or at least most of the time) hooks you in?
