I have to evaluate fresh graduates to determine their position and if they need further training, i don’t want to be tough on them but also i need to know who is good and who is not so i want to be fair.

I tried to put myself in their position and put some question that seem fair, but i think an outside prescriptive is needed for me to be fair to them.
