As the title says, I have two more months left until I'm 1 year in the ICU. I am in a residency program. And I hate my unit with a passion. Very high school drama, cliquey, and I can't even give another day of myself to these people. It's a lot of drama, and a very nasty, rude charge nurse whom people are so scared to confront. No help from the admin because this rude nasty charge nurse helps the admin make their job easier, since the charge tries to control everyone and everything. I can't take it anymore. I want to transfer, but I believe I have to wait one year. I am so mentally breaking over this.
