There was this situation na we had a problem with globe everyday to the point na gusto namin idisconnect. Then they said that we have to finish a certain amount of time which we did finish naman after. Then gusto na namin idisconnect then they said that we extended our contract without me knowing or doing anything. (like wtf just happened). After nun di na lang namin binayaran kasi lagi namang nawawala internet tapos ang tagal pa bago mapuntahan ng technician. After ilang months they are harassing me about credit bureaus and third party collection agencies, and also by calling me everyday. Anyone else had this problem? And what did you do?
Planning to change my simcard as well, hoping it will stop their harassment. Hahaha
