What is the best way to explain Crohns to people or colleagues?

I have been off work since having my first flare and diagnosis (quickly followed by surgery) but I'm about to return and my manager wants a team meeting where I can explain what has happened and what I'm going through, to help everyone understand my situation, and hopefully help me return. I get on with everyone I work with, so I'm happy to share, but I want a simple way to describe it without over sharing...

Does anyone have any advice or experience with a similar situation, and how would you go about it?
