I downloaded it and went through all the setups including wifi, then it said checking for updates for a min then turned off and is only booting to bios

And the one on the right is to short to reach the port
I built the pc a few days ago as I waited for the aio can I put the aio on the mobo while in a case with thermal paste?
It just won’t click like people said it does.its not clicking at all it won’t go in and is just falling out

So im trying to do a bios flashback without a cpu installed,I’ve got the 24pin plugged in I just don’t know which cable goes into there because every vid I’ve watched has 2x8 pin there
