Sitting in an underground garage for years here in Toronto.

This is an image of bronchial casts from the lungs of an 87 year old man exposed to forest fire smoke.

Supposedly these were taken from his lungs during bronchoscopy. But look at the measuring tape numbering…also the casts seem odd with transparent components…

This was published in the New England journal of medicine.
