So i had my bottom right molar removed about 3 days ago. Which had a hole in it. I was given Amoxicillian and Ibuprofen as meds. With the exception of the 1st day I really haven't been in much pain. Although I had a Canker sore next to the incision and a little bit of tenderness. Which is kind of annoying. Tonight I believe I got some food caught in the hole and I believe that caused some bleeding. I rinsed with some salt water and I actually feel a lot better now. But obviously I am still a little nervous about this. Do you think I should be concerned about a dry socket? Or an infection?
