Ngal Clone ID

I have the opportunity to get this unit. Wondering who made this clone NGAL. I'm thinking InvisibleSight, but not completely sure. It weighs 170 grams. The vis laser on high seems low and turns off after 2 seconds. The laser on low looks more powerful. Help appreciated, I know 0 about NV stuff. Don't mind the green in the pics, it's my pc
