A *Symmetrized* variable dual oblique wings aircraft

Based on Messerschmitt / Jens baganz early concept of oblique wings
Uses a coaxial pivot system to rotate the upper and lower wings in opposite directions, canceling out the roll-coupling torquee usually found in oblique wing designs
