Can someone please help explain, like im a complete moron, what the rules are for doombolt etc? Getting conflicting information and thats pretty frustrating. Thank in advance guys

Edit: I’ve been treating fx doombolt as a normal ranged weapon, only engaged visible targets. Normal hit/defence sequence. Now im not sure if this is correct
