I've been trouble shooting the attached print for a while now and I can't seem to figure out why it's over-extruding at the start of each layer. You can see in my slicer (Orca) that's it's definitely at the start of each line. Some of the troubleshooting I've tried:

Flow Ratio: 0.9 - 1
Retraction length: 0.5 - 1.5
Pressure Advance: 0 - 0.1
Speed: 50 - 120mm/s

I'm using an Elegoo Neptune 4 printer, I've tuned e-steps, and the material is TPU 95A. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
