I (23F) saw a cardiologist for the first time last month! I told him my symptoms (high hr, palpitations, fainting, etc.), and, as a result, I had my first tilt table test today, along with a transthoracic echo. As soon as they lifted me, I felt... weird, and experienced palpitations the entire time. Other than that, I was fine for the first 30 minutes (test was set for 40 minutes). That was until I began to feel warm and nauseous, and two minutes later, I started to pass out. During this time, I never fully blacked out, so instead my body decided to start dry heaving/vomiting. The abdominal contractions were so strong that I started farting while they lowered the table 😭 I had to focus all my energy into keeping those farts from turning into sharts. Thankfully that didn't happen, but by the time it was over, I was soaked with sweat. My syncope episodes are never that strong, so it took me a while to recover.

Anyways, I should get my results in the next few days, so wish me luck!
