basically the title. Im getting great reviews of both but cant settle on one. which is more of a safe blind buy? and which is stronger in lasting and projection?

which would you guys say is the better pick from afnan 9pm rebel and night out? ive heard great things about both but im confused on which one. im looking for something that is a bit of an all rounder

yall so im still waiting for any decision. Ive applied to sdsb as my first pref.
My sat is okayish (1440) and ive given my As which is 3 As. but the issue arises at my Olevels which is 2A*s 5 As 1B only. I would say my ecas were nice and the same could be said for my PS. Therefore i just wanted to ask is there a chance in later batches considering i still haven’t heard from them?
