I am making a suitcase PC build, would this work? Need advice

I've spent the past 3 months doing research because I want a fully modular laptop that I can say I built myself! I've made a PC in the past and I really enjoyed it and thought this would be a great project for next year(once I work my summer job). I'm a bit ignorant to the fine details so I got a lot of help and advice from AI for comparability but also used my own judgement and research. Thoughts?

I'm using a website I've never seen before for buying the Pico because I can't find any other ones out there that support high volts and wattage. That's all! I'm not crazy techy or good with wiring so any help would be amazing
