
Has this happened to anyone on TCGplayer when buying cards recently?
I bought some cards on May 8th, for which I got an email receipt:
However, when I check my order history, the orders do not show up (the last orders were from May 2nd):
But when I search the order numbers, none of them show up at all:
What is more concerning was when I checked my credit card's purchase history, it didn't show the purchases at all. It does, however, show purchases from Amazon, which I made after the TCGplayer purchase. So I'm not sure about what is going on and would like and is wondering if this has happened to anyone else before. I want to know if this is some kind of bug or if my purchase did not go through. I sent TCGplayer an email asking them about this because I have never had this happen to me before, and I would like to know what is going on. If anyone can help, please let me know.
