Hi everyone, just looking for some insight ahead of an upcoming salary review.

I’m currently a Senior Accountant in public practice with ~6.5 years experience, CA qualified, working in a mid-tier rural firm. No WFH.

A few key points: • Net production will be around $385k this FY • 92% productivity with basically no write-offs • 2IC within my team • Manage a small client base ($30–40k fees) • Mentor junior staff and run internal/local training sessions • Review/process higher level compliance and advisory work

Currently on $90k + super.

Just trying to get a feel for where this sits in the current market and what would be considered reasonable at review time.

Any thoughts appreciated.
