The Larle Federation, or simply Larletyr, is situated where Canada would be. Its a former colony and dominion of the Alban Empire and remains one of the strongest powers on Earth. It's political structure can best be defined as a parliamentary republic with an independent executive. The House of Assembly is elected using a multi-tiered proportional system with both provincial lists and a national list. The executive is comprised of 3 councilors elected to 9-year terms and limited to one. The councilors are elected on a rotating basis whereby one is elected with the legislative elections every 3 years.
There are 7 major parties:
🌹Socialist Alliance - A broadly left-wing to far-left party believing in Marxism and Democratic Socialism.
🟢Progressive Peoples - A centre-left to left-wing populist party emerging from the merger of the Greens and Populist parties
🔬Innovation Infinitus - A centrist party all but aggressively focused on technological advancement, and the second organisation to kill a god.
🟨New Democratic - A centrist liberal party which recently started campaigning for Athenian democracy.
🟧National - A right-wing conservative party believing in a Larletyr-first isolationist policy.
🟦New Renaissance - A far-right populist party wishing to establish a Larletyrean dictatorship and unite the Anglo-American nations under said dictatorship.
The whole world of Larletyr originally began as just a city on wplace until about mid-October 2025 when a friend and I began to take it so much further.
