Was diagnosed with TE but afraid it might be unmasked AGA

So I was originally diagnosed with TE after losing 40 pounds. I’ve always had finer hair but it was very dense and I had no issues with seeing my scalp. But in March of this year I noticed I could see the top of my scalp very easily in good lighting and my part seemed to have widened. I went back to my doctor and they ran some tests and I have low ferritin and low vitamin D. So I’m really hoping it’s just because of that. I have been supplementing iron and vitamin D since March and I do notice new baby hairs but I’m terrified it could be AGA. I really do not want to start minoxidil because I have pets. I have been washing my hair daily, using red light therapy every other day, derma stamping once a week, taking pumpkin seed oil, scalp massages, using the ordinary peptide serum every night, and making sure I eat enough protein. I know it’s supposed to be a long and slow process but I’m on the fence about starting minoxidil. This is what my part and back of head look like. Freshly washed and dried. Just want my hair back. I want to be able to go outside without putting a hat on or being self conscious when someone takes a picture.
