Vet ended up having time today and confirmed that Stracciatella had a good bit of stuck shed on his left and a little bit on his right eye. We were instructed to do some more snake sauna, this time with a towel, 2x a day for a week and received eye lubricant to apply right before it on both eyes. If it doesn't come off after a week, he'll need surgery. But the vet was optimistic that this regime should suffice.
Photos a bit blurry because Stracciatella was not happy about being restrained, he's still giving me dirty looks. He shed about 2 weeks ago and I noticed today that one of his eyes looks kind of dry/almost split. Unsure if this is stuck shed or something more serious. I plan on taking him to the vet, but the next normal appointment available is Thursday. So I'd like the assessment of more experienced people: Should I call in tomorrow (Sunday) morning for an emergency appointment, or do you think waiting until Thursday is going to be fine? He seems more docile/calmer than usual, which worries me a bit. But he's also generally the more chill of my two boys.
