Anyone else get very tired and cold doing readings?
I’ve been reading for a little while now and am pretty accurate about what I predict but I’ve noticed every time I do a reading without fail I’m very tired and get chills and feel refreshing breezes even with a window closed and no fans on. I could have a heater on me and I get very cold breezes out of nowhere. I also sometimes get heavy pressure in my right ear like someone is putting the end of a pencil with the eraser bit down in my ear when I channel some spirits. On top of all of this I feel sooooooooo sleepy like I am almost in a trance and I feel like giving up. But all of this instantly goes away when I finish the reading and I even get my energy back immediately.
Does this happen to anyone else? I’ve been in a low mood for a short while so I think the tarot readings make it worse but I want it to stop. I feel like I’m too low vibrational or something when I channel. Someone please help me lol.
