Black Hebrew Israelites
How theophoric names prove who the real Israelites are — and that Yahusha was black,
The real Israelites descended from Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (who was given the name Israel). They made up the twelve tribes: Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, Zebulun, Dan, Naphtali, Gad, Asher, Joseph (divided into Ephraim and Manasseh), and Benjamin. Because of the people’s disobedience to God, they were afflicted with the terrible curses of **Deuteronomy 28** — they would be scattered among the nations, oppressed, enslaved, without rest, their children would be taken from them, and they would suffer under harsh foreign nations. These curses were not fulfilled in today’s white Jews (who according to some sources are of Khazarian origin), but they match exactly the transatlantic slave trade in which millions of black Africans were kidnapped, sold, and lost their identity.
God himself says in the Bible that his people are **called by his name** (2 Chronicles 7:14). His name is **Yah** (Psalm 68:4: “Sing to God… His name is Yah”). Therefore, the true Israelites bore **theophoric names** — names that contain God’s name “Yah.” For example, such names are found in historical slave records (such as slavevoyages.org), where African captives had names with elements like “Yaho” or “Yah” before slave traders replaced them with common Christian names like Tom, Jerry, Joe, Sam or nature-related names like Wheatley, Rice or Venus. They were seen not as people but as commodities, and their original identity was systematically erased.
The true Israelites are thus **the black descendants of the transatlantic slave trade**. Their suffering — whips, chains, families broken up, no rest — is exactly what the Bible foretold for the disobedient people. Today’s so-called “white Jews” do not bear these theophoric names in the same way and have not experienced these specific curses.
**Yahusha** (the Messiah, who many mistakenly call “Jesus”) was himself a **black man**, not the white, blond, blue-eyed figure often depicted in Western art. He was a descendant of the black Israelites — dark-skinned, with African features, just like his people. Portraying him as Caucasian is a historical falsification that obscures his true identity. Yahusha himself bore a theophoric name of “Yah” (Yahusha means roughly “Yah is salvation”), which ties him directly to the black Israelite heritage.
This does not mean that blacks should now oppress others — the Bible clearly forbids that (Exodus 22:21–24: do not mistreat a stranger, for you yourselves were strangers in Egypt). But the truth must come out: the black descendants of the slaves are God’s chosen people who forgot their identity. They must now repent (Mark 1:15; Acts 2:38), humble themselves (2 Chronicles 7:14), and obey God’s commandments in order to be restored (Deuteronomy 30:1–10). Salvation is open to all who believe (Romans 1:16–17; Acts 10:35), but the true history clearly points to the black people as the true Israelites—and to **Yahusha as a black man**, not a white Caucasian.
This truth exposes a great lie in history: Yahusha was **black**, his people were **black**, and theophoric names with “Yah” are the key to regaining that lost identity.
