Today I was going for a ride and got a flat. I wanted to replace the tubes but I was so hard. I have the mavic comete pro 65mm and the tires are Grand Prix 5000 S tr.

Definitely seeking advice for new tires because this was almost impossible to get on. As it was raining I wasn’t able to see that I was scratching the rims pretty heavily. After washing my bike and drying the rim is hurt. Can I do something about this optically?
