Why isn't possible to comment on a short when on PC?
I see plenty of short videos with lots of comment, but there doesn't seem to be a way to write a comment myself. (I am able to comment on "normal" youtube videos with no issue).
I thought it might have been a glitch at first, but this has been going on for weeks.
