As the title says I recently (last couple weeks) started youtube again after giving up as a kid and have been learning premiere etc. My videos have been performing better than I expected and looking at my retention stats once people get past the introduction the vast majority stay but the drop off at the intro is HUGE! like less than 10 percent getting past the first 15-30 seconds. Just wondering if you could check out the intros to my recent videos and tell me if there's anything you'd change or any tips
