I’ve ran on and off over the years but recently decided that I want to make it stick this time and I’m doing really well. I’m really enjoying it for the most part but my running seems very all over the place. One day I’m struggling doing 2km and then following week I ran a 10km.
I’m getting horrific (what I think is) shin splints 90% of my runs. I’ve tried stretching and icing but it’s still there. How do I help it get rid of this?
Also what vitamins and supplements should I I be taking to help recovery. Any specific brands or products would be appreciated :)
