Hi, my pain from my L5/S1 is killing me, it's all day. I can not sleep and am loosing my mind. If you could please give me some advice on the attached pics (xray). I also have MERRF SYNDROME which does not help as I need cells to have energy to b heal. I feel like I am fighting way too many battles here at once.

Looking for some advice how to navigated out of this.
