Did this expire?
Been looking around for guides on expired mead but this one isn't ticking all the boxes.
Doesn't smell off, like vinegary at all. However taste testing is hard to explain. Tastes like the wine from church smells like it too. Bland like fully.
Been in this for 6 months with the air stopper however I killed off all the yeast cause I wanted to experiment with sweetening.
Recipie: basic mead Honey with water using M05 mead yeast
