Does anyone know around where this event maxes out at? I’m having a war right now for the 1 mil and curious up until what stage they pretty much guarantee their win. I’m in second at bp right now.

For this event is there a trick to getting more of the actual station cards? Every time I play it I feel like I can never upgrade the final station a lot.
