I've used Runna for a few halfs, but am running my first full in October with some shorter B-races in between. My recent half PR is 1:48, 10K 47:56.

My concern is with difficulty and high volume building quickly. I have less time these days to train. Challenging/Progressive puts me at 3:30 finish, but I really just want to be sub-4 and have fun for the first try.

I was wondering what I should set my volume and difficulty to?
