My LOQ 2023 (Ryzen 7 7840HS, RTX 4050, DDR5 5600) is experiencing battery drain. Even though I turned it off using a hard shutdown and disabled features like Always on USB, Flip to boot, and Fast Startup, my battery still drained by 13% in 33 hours (as shown in the attached picture). That's almost a 20% drop over 2 days of completely not using it.
I went to the store where I bought it to ask about this, and they told me this is normal battery depletion for this machine, but that doesn't feel right to me.
