Our leadership is pushing to implement Jellyfish to get better visibility into engineering allocation and DORA metrics. I just saw the pricing quote and my jaw dropped. It feels like we are paying a massive premium just to get a pretty UI on top of Jira and GitHub data.

I have also heard from peers at other companies that their reporting is incredibly rigid. If you want to do any custom analysis outside of their predefined templates, you are basically out of luck. Are there any alternatives that do not cost an arm and a leg and actually let you control your own data?
