Final Effort to Port - Can't Find "Billing Pin"

Over the last two weeks I've made every attempt at porting my number from AT&T to US Mobile with no success.

The customer service has been responsive and patient. But disappointing in that they insist on needing a "billing pin" A separate number or digits from the account number and transfer pin.

Even a three-way call between an agent from USM and AT&T did nothing to resolve things. USM's porting partner can't do anything without a billing pin and AT&T has no idea what it is.

I've seen a few posts on this but with no hard answer on what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
