I have edited first time, please review..
Hey everyone,
This is my first time ever trying cinematic video editing, and I’d really appreciate some honest feedback.
I shot everything in Log on the iPhone 16 Pro and color graded it using one of the power grades from Andrew’s Life as a starting point. After applying it, I tweaked things like saturation, white balance, and a few other settings to make it look the way I wanted.
I also chose the background music myself (copyright-free), and did all the cuts, splits, and overall editing on my own.
Would love to know:
- What worked well?
- What felt off?
- How can I improve my cinematic editing and storytelling?
Thanks in advance for taking the time to review it 🙌
