Job options for a higher pay.

I've been a tech for 11 years, I was in retail for 5 then moved to inpatient the last 6 years. It's a great job but I want to think a bit more than I do and problem solve more. I'm working on my Bachelors in Pharmacology and Toxicology and will graduate next summer. I'm looking for jobs as of right now but would like to know if I'm at the top of the ladder for a CPhT or is there more to it than I can find? I've asked for more projects at work but have been told to "know my place" by my regional director.

I got approved through AutoLoanOptions.Com for no money down and up to $32,000.00 but they say I have to be in person for any numbers to be done at all. The sales rep wouldn't even give me any numbers or anything when I asked. When I've purchased a car in the past most of the dealerships were ok doing some solid numbers online to give me a better idea of what I could buy with what I had at the time. Is this setting me up for a high interest loan that looks more like a "Buy Here Pay Here" situation? It's at an actual Nissan dealership in Houston,TX. I'm concerned about even driving the hour out there.
