I’m a 37 yo FTM with a 14 week old. I see people getting loads done in the day and I feel like I’m making life harder for myself. Baby has/had reflux and CMPA. He wakes around 530 daily and we head downstairs about 6. He’s a Velcro baby so I don’t get much chance to put him down. I’m plus size so carriers aren’t often suited and while I do have the momcozy wrap , I feel like his head isn’t supported enough even though it’s on perfectly. We have a bouncer he’ll do 10 mins in and often chill on the changing mat for 10 mins too. He’s on me all day which is fine but I’d also love to prep dinners, have some hobby time etc. Anyone in the same boat? Any advice?
