Hi, I haven’t read any information about traveling with motorcycles, scooters, or electric bicycles in urban areas like Osaka, so I was wondering if it is possible as a tourist. I have a European car driver’s license. The goal is to get around freely and enjoy sightseeing more than when using taxis or buses.
