Traveling without residency with document already approved.

I have a trip to the USA but my residency has not arrived. I have the qr code saying that it has been approved and the documents from the AIMA portal. I exited from Lisbon directly outside of Europe last year but I was in the legal 180 day reception period for documents after the appointment. I want to know if anybody has done something similar. I know other European countries are tricky in this situation but how about direct flights to the USA?

I already called AIMA and no CTT tracking yet.

I would like to hear about similar experiences.

I'm a man on my early 30s. Ive never really been muscular and havent worked out enough. I don't think I have a particular condition but my muscles and joints are weak in general. 3 times in my life I've had really bad back spasms where I couldn't move for a couple days. I also had tenis elbow and had to do some physio, it recovered significantly but it never made it back 100%. Recently my neck muscles and my right hip have been aching.

A couple of times I tried working but overdid it a bit and ended up with a spasm or pain. I know I can run and do normal lifting tasks but I don't think it's normal that it always takes so much to recover and I feel like my body is slowly decaying.

Do you think I'm missing some mineral or something? Could it be a condition? I'd love to hear your thoughts.
