Has anyone here ever heard anything about the organization called Puerto Rico Ghost Dog Rescue? They have a website, Instagram, and Facebook, but I can't seem to find any mention of them on other websites, good OR bad. I looked up their domain registry and it was formed late 2023. They claim to be a volunteer-run registered 501c3 non-profit, which I was able to confirm with the IRS charity search tool; they were approved and listed as tax exempt late 2023. If they've been approved by the IRS as a non-profit, is that enough to vouch for it not being a scam? I have no idea what that vetting process is like with the IRS.
