Quick question I’m hoping someone from OPM will answer… when applying on USA JOBS, you get a screen that shows the date your application was submitted. If you go back a few days later and add a document, or upload one that failed, it then says the later date for when the application was submitted. I’ve been under the impression that applying early is important, so my question is which date, the original application or the update, is used to order the applications received for review?
If anyone would be willing to clarify, I would really appreciate your insight.
