PSU is making repeated clicking sound when turned off

I have uploaded the video showing the issue.
The PSU is 1.5 year old Silverstone SX700. I took out the PSU from desktop and have shorted the 24 pin cable to isolate the issue. It keeps on clicking at the rate of 1 click per second for 1 minute and then it stops. It also stops when I turn off the wall switch. When its on and powering the system, there is no clicking issue.
