I just want to know how to forget the Regrets , out of nowhere, my heart feels so heavy and unsettling… and I just can’t move on.or unable to forget.

Why..? when I think bout anything i contradict myself why my mind always gives both of the stories but both are not so good. It's just absurdly absurd.

I hope any of you have some kind of answer to this little question! .
